As a seasoned real estate agent with a lifelong passion for the industry, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to the table:

Background and Expertise:

My journey began as a trained architectural drafter, equipping me with an eye for design and construction.
I transitioned to become a Real Estate Appraiser with the Marin County Assessor's Office then ran my large Appraisal Firm NBREA (30yrs), where I honed my valuation skills and vast property and market knowledge.
Over 38 years, I've specialized in appraising diverse properties, from luxury high-end homes to waterfront estates and was a designated expert in many court cases and managed many appraisers.

Property Management, RE Development and Hands on Construction Experience:

Beyond appraisals, I've managed commercial retail and residential properties.
My wife and I have tackled development projects across various locations, including - Mill Valley, Novato, Corte Madera, and Bellingham, WA and we have one now in Mill Valley that we are remodeling to resell.

Community Engagement:

I've actively contributed to associations and boards, serving as Condominium Association Vice President, HOA Board Member, Mayor's Advisory member, Neighborhood and commercial district Boards and more.
Notably, I founded the Corporate & North Bay Chapter of the REAA, fostering growth and collaboration in the RE industry.

Passion:

My goal is to truly work for and with my clients in marketing their properties for optimal return.  If your a buyer, I know the Marin and Sonoma Counties best and the Bay Area quite well from my Appraisal past, which makes finding ideal locations and homes or identifying investment opportunities.  Navigating the ever-changing real estate changes and the opportunities in every market time is some of the experience I bring to the table.
