I am a Real Estate Agent with a Marin County / Bay Area focus. My unique and lifelong Real Estate Background started with being a trained Architectural Drafter with commercial & residential companies.  I used my drafting and construction skills to be further trained as RE Appraiser with the Marin County Assessor's Office.  I continued working as a Real Estate Appraiser for over 38 years with my office "NBREA" that at times had over 10 Appraisers working for me.  I was a qualified court expert witness in the Bay Area. I specialized in properties that were Luxury High End, Unique and Common, also Waterfront, New Construction, Prospective Valuations, Estate Work, Dissolution, Litigation issues, Vacant Land and much more. Over the past 10+ years I have managed commercial retail properties, worked physically and managed development projects on over a dozen investment / construction properties, with my wife in Mill Valley, Novato, Corte Madera and Bellingham WA areas.  I bring my experience as a Real Estate Agent to assist others in buying or selling homes & locating investment opportunities or finding the perfect property in that just right location.  I'm Interested in the next deal for you!
